I absolutely loved this place! It was exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy twin room featuring a TV and a comfy bed for our night's stay. the incredible central location made it really easy to access shops and swimming spots, and it's situated in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Jindabyne town center.

This place was exceptionally comfortable and the staff was really helpful. Exceptional service, though a few employees were not very friendly. It was a perfect and exceptionally nice location for us, just off Nuggets Crossing shopping area and the slopes. The stay was really comfortable.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was quite slow.

The hotel was in a good location close enough to skiing, the shops and swimming spots and the beautiful Lake Jindabyne. It also was awesome to relax by after a day on the slopes. We had nice hot breakfasts!

This hotel has an amazing location with up-to-date information about the activities on the mountain, and the staff are relaxed and respectful, doing an excellent job.

location: the hotel was just off skiing at thredbo, the bus stop for the coach, and a quiet area away from the hussel and bussel. the staff were easy going and efficient, nothing to complain about.

We had a quite comfortable time.

The room we had was a good size and nicely heated, with a TV and a decent heater, plus a comfy king bed. We also enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that was included. 🍳.

The units are neat and heated, featuring comfortable beds and pleasant views. the staff is easygoing and respectful. Plus, it's conveniently located just a short distance from Jindabyne and Thredbo, as well as the lake, shops, and swimming spots.

Great location! Perfect spot to stay before hitting the slopes. It's so convenient being right by the ski slopes but still tucked away in a quiet area.

The experience at Chalet Jindabyne was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our 4-night stay. the staff was fairly friendly at all times. the location was particularly good and perfect for walking around Snowy Mountains. the area was quiet, close to Nuggets Crossing shopping center, restaurants that are good for young backpackers, and skiing at Thredbo or Perisher.

The view and the equipment hire from the hotel were good. the view was of a huge lake and was beautiful. It was worth it to spend some time in the location. the equipment hire from the hotel was convenient because it was cheaper than in other places.

The decoration inside the hotel was disappointing. It felt dated and needed a revamp.

Located near the beautiful snow-capped mountains, this hotel was an affordable escape for a group of friends. A great breakfast was served with a range of options to choose from including cereals, toast and tea. The pool table and comfy lounges in the common area made the evenings extra fun.

We noticed a few maintenance issues with our room which could have been rectified. , the strict 10pm shutdown of facilities was a little disappointing as we felt like we were being treated like children.

This hotel is great value for money! The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a decent heater to keep you warm during those chilly nights. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel right at home. And the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying a lovely view of the lake. Truly a wonderful experience!
